The main issue when choosing a spherical tent material is the long lifespan of the material. The two most common causes of deterioration of the cover are UV radiation and mildew. If you live in a dry area with a high UV index, we recommend a dedicated Opak cover, which reflects heat and UV rays from the dome cover and significantly increases its service life. Sine we do sell dome to all over the world we are trying to be as current as possible with the new option available in the market.

- Can you create separate rooms in the dome?
There are many ways to use the space inside the spherical tent. Traditional walls can be built inside the dome. All walls and partitions should be freestanding and self-supporting. Although we do recommend connecting extra doors as a support instead diving outstaying round free space that domes offer.

Of course! Polidomes floors reflect the spherical shape of the structure. The floor acts as ballast for the dome and reduces the extra weight needed to secure the structure, the extra water ballast may be also hidden underneath the flooring. Polidomes spherical tents can also be equipped with modular flooring – a hexagonal tile system made from hard HDPE plastic. This system is ideal for domes on flat, horizontal surfaces, where it’s not necessary to level the floor. The advantage of this type of flooring is light weight, fast installation and small shipping size. Please notice we do recommend the Premium Polidomes Flooring for our domes.
