In September 2024, Polidomes completed an exciting project for the Heureka Planetarium in Vantaa, Finland. The team successfully delivered a state-of-the-art P7 projection dome with a compact 3-meter diameter. Designed to expand the planetarium’s capabilities for astronomical and educational shows, the dome features an innovative membrane system maintained under negative pressure and a durable aluminum frame with adjustable tilt.
Polidomes manufactured and rigorously tested every component of the dome at its facility to ensure quality and performance. The final assembly and installation will be carried out by the Heureka team, after which visitors will be able to enjoy this cutting-edge addition to the planetarium’s attractions.
