In January 2014, for the first time in POLIDOMES history, we took part in the international event fair
BEST OF EVENTS 2014 in the Messe Westfalenhallen Exhibition Centre in Dortmund, Germany.
The Best of Events Fair is an international meeting of companies specialising in marketing, party, event planning and conferences. More than 400 exhibitors from the event industry present their products every year in a professional environment, attracting over 10,000 visitors. To make the strongest possible impression on visitors, we prepared our exhibition dome stand/booth in transparent version of the Polidome 30 marquee and a bubble tent– that is an inflatable ‘soap bubble’ tent, requiring no construction. The bubble tent is strikingly similar to a glass ball. It can serve as an oxygen bar or pub, or even as an attractive “package” for the promotion of products and brands.
The 100% transparent version of the geodesic dome marquee requires a great precision and a lot of work in order to obtain a perfectly stretched skin and the right glass effect. Each welded element must be perfectly integrated and hidden within the steel framework.
Thanks to our in-house production of membranes, we are able to meet the biggest challenges to ensure the perfect aesthetic appearance of our geodesic domes.
Our standard offer includes spherical dome tents with a transparent front. However, it’s possible to equip the structures with customized panoramic transparent membranes, skylights, and coloured or printed covers. Your wish our command!
